A real estate team manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a real estate sales team, including recruiting new agents, providing ongoing training and coaching, managing leads, setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a collaborative environment / culture to maximize team productivity and sales results. Pay is based on team performance and commission splits with new / developing agents. 1099 with potential for bonuses. This position will have access to our highly trained VA and ISA, to assist with the CRM and other important tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment, Retention and Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new real estate agents to the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote collaboration among team members.
Sales Management:
- Set individual and team sales goals and targets. Track these goals, and help set agents up to meet or exceed them.
- Manage lead distribution and follow-up processes to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor sales activity and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop targeted marketing plans to generate leads and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Transaction Management:
- Provide support to agents during the transaction process, including contract negotiation and closing coordination.
- Address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Assist Team leader with managing team budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with real estate licensing laws and regulations.
